One of Argentine football’s most successful physical trainers has died, aged 69, of cancer. Ricardo ‘El Profe‘ Pizzarotti was a key part of the technical body for the World Cup-winning team of 1978, as well as for the following year’s World Youth Cup winners, a side which introduced one Diego Maradona to the outside world.
