Whoops!

As mentioned in the write-up of Boca vs. Racing a couple of days ago, there were three penalties awarded in La Bombonera this weekend. Two, as can be seen on the week’s video of goals, were scored – the other was missed by Boca’s Martín Palermo. None of them, it seems, should have been awarded in the first place, as a result of which the referee, Gabriel Favale, won’t be trotting out onto any pitch this coming weekend. Silly boy…
