A few days’ downtime

HEGS will be without updates for the next few days, until Monday night (as ever, that’s ‘night’ UK time), because I’m expected by friends in other parts of England. Apologies to readers both regular and new, but this will of course include Saturday’s Copa Revancha superclásico. I assure you I wouldn’t go away on the weekend of a super normally, but a friend is getting married in Manchester on the same day, and stunning though it may seem, football sometimes has to come second.

So, to all readers, have a good weekend, and I’ll see you back here next week for the small business of previewing the Clausura and Lanús and Arsenal’s decisive Copa Libertadores qualifiers…
