Alan and William Schlenker, along with Martín Lococo, had appealed for release from jail on the 30th January, after five other barras had been released due to lack of evidence over the charges surrounding the murder of Gonzalo Acro in August of last year.

The ‘Fourth Room’ of the Chamber of Justice upheld the judge’s decision to renew the preventative sentences of the two Schlenkers and Lococo, though, and the case continues…
