Congratulations to River and also to Racing, the only team that visited the Monumental and managed to escape with at least a point! hahaha! Talk about being positive!

Now…it’s win or promoción for Racing in Santa Fé!

I was disappointed with the way Estudiantes played. I watched the full match and they were horrible in the second half after wasting a million chances in the first 45 minutes.

Blazquez, Colón goalkeeper was immense today. Hope he doesn’t perform like that in the next round!

We’ve got to go all out for a win and put an end to our miserable season.

See, De Tomaso, you know nothing about football. You let go Simeone and he goes on to win 2 titles with 2 different teams in what…two years?

You are a twat, De Tomaso. I never want to see you again at Racing. I hate you with all my heart.

Well, RIver are Champions. Two really nice goals from Buonanotte.

Everything turns toward relegation for the last round.

-Interestingly if Olimpo lose, then they finish second-bottom and Jujuy go to the promedio.
-If Olimpo tie, Jujuy must win to escape the direct relegation. -If Olimpo win then Jujuy go down regardless of their own result.
-Also if Olimpo win and Racing/Colon ends in a tie then Olimpo and Colon would finish even on points and would play a tiebrake.
-And regardless of the Olimpo result, the winner of Racing/Colon is safe, loser goes to promedio. Also if Olimpo don’t win and Racing/Colon tie, Colon are safe.

Well done by Racing. I think if my math is correct, Olimpo need only two points in the last two games to condemn Jujuy even if Jujuy win their last game.

I have a crazy scenario for you guys…If Olimpo are able to pull off a victory in either of their last two games, Colon lose to Estudiantes and Colon and Racing draw their finale. In this scenario Olimpo finish safe on 1.184, while Racing and Colon both go to the playoffs on 1.175.

Allow me to just say: YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!

We are saved from automatic relegation!

San Martín de San Juan are already relegated and we have a 5-point advantage over Gimnasia de Jujuy with only 3 points at stake.

Now we need Colón and Olimpo to lose tomorrow against the two sides that are fighting for the title (and both Colón and Olimpo play away from home).

If they both lose, we’ll reach the final week of the season with a chance to avoid even the promoción. I’m not a believer yet, but this win was so HUGE I can’t even start describing it!

Amazingly, we scored the first goal and our rival didn’t come back to beat us! That’s so extrange!
