The Sportblog doesn’t show the build-up to Gracian’s goal for Boca, which was a brilliant interchange of passes that made it, in my opinion, Goal of the Week. Boselli’s second goal is my second choice, because it was funny, and Kili’s third.
Some good goals from Lanus, I hate to admit, though Racing’s defence was not the best.
Agreed, Matthew, on all counts. I wanted to get Gracián’s goal up but it’s not on GolesTV – I’m assuming some of the rights issues (some online streams were a bit dodgy and it seems that the Olympics are affecting how TyCSports broadcast their programmes at the moment, so maybe the chap who runs GTV wasn’t able to record those games) are the cause of this. As for Sand’s goals for Lanús, the second in particular was a lovely one. Sorry…
I agree about Gracian’s goal. Also, Vargas’ goal involved some niceness, but by that time Gimnasia’s defense had pretty much thrown up their hands. Has anyone ever seen the “frog jump” performed by Vargas before ?
