The 2008 FIFA Futsal World Cup kicks off on the 30th of this month in Brasilia, and Argentina, who play their first match the next day against China the following day, are among the favourites as ever. It’ll be a hard job to beat the hosts (who knocked Argentina out of the Copa América in the semi-finals earlier this year) on home soil, and champions Spain will be there or thereabouts as well, but the 14 players to travel to Brazil for the tournament have been confirmed.
