What fantastic goals for San Martín de Tucumán, even though the third one was offside.
Patricio Pérez is a fine player. I think he was under-valued at Vélez. He's a very skilful and very entertaining '10' and he could well inspire them to escape relegation if he plays more regularly. How old is he? Wikipedia says 23, but I'm not sure about that, he seems to have been around for years.

San Lorenzo are in a mess. Simeone (with Tinelli's help) is going to have to completely overhaul that squad in the close-season for them to become competitive again. I'm really looking forward to Racing playing them on Saturday! : )

I'm not, however, looking forward to Racing playing los Tucumános in week 14. If SMT start picking up points like Olimpo did last year, all the relaxation Racing fans are now feeling after three wins in a row will be for nothing, and we are gonna have to overhaul Banfield to make sure we are not in la promoción. I think SM will get at least a point at Arsenal. Vélez aren't that spectacular to watch, but I hope they can be efficient enough to win in Tucumán the week after.

Lanús took ages to get going on Sunday night, but I was enjoying their football again by the end. They are like the Arsenal (London) of Argentina, I think they want to score 'the perfect goal'. If the title race is going to be between the three at the top now, given that Racing have already played them, I would want Lanús to become champions.

We have away fixtures at Veléz and Colón which will be very difficult if they're fighting for the title. Bichi Fuertes is still amazing, even by his standards he's having an exceptional season. I read he's 3 goals off scoring 100 for Colón alone. What Racing wouldn't give to have had some of those goals over the last 15 years. Which reminds me, my passport has run out, I must go out and get a form today for a new one or I won't be able to go on holiday ;-)
