    TV and marketing rights.

    You are aware that that’s the Copa Sudamericana, and this is the Copa Libertadores though, right? No-one’s given any byes anywhere in the Libertadores (with the exceptions of Nacional and Sao Paulo into the quarters this year due to the Mexican clubs pulling out).
