The second round of the Torneo Clausura is upon us already, played in midweek so as to get ahead on things with the Copa Libertadores coming up and the need to finish the championship in time for the break prior to the World Cup. Estudiantes take on Gimnasia in the clásico platense on Wednesday, Racing visit the Elephants’ Cemetry this evening after their good win over Central on the opening day, and champions Banfield play their first home match of the year against Argentinos Juniors.
