I was pleased with the result as well… a) I like Mirosevic, I was sorry he left Racing and b) we’ve already lost to Colón’s first strength side… I didn’t want Colón progessing in this, and then playing reserves against the likes of Central, Chaca and Tucumán and giving them easy points.

Colón are strong enough to win the title, if they had eleven men in this game all through they might have won here, even though the Chileans dominated. Mohamed is great with the set pieces (Bichi’s goal was very good) and counter attacks, and it’s a bonus for Racing that they will now be competitive in the league competition.

As for Lanús, terrible, but Libertad must be the strongest side in the group, so maybe Lanús can think about getting second place.
