I didn’t see the River-Huracan game either, but Huracan had a goal ruled out at 1-0 which I couldn’t for the life of me understand. There was no foul and no offside, yet the referee still blew for something. Really bizarre call, but it’s not the first time that River have benefited from dubious decisions. If that goal had counted (like it should have done), I would have fancied Huracan to get at least a point from the game.

Cracking game, the Huracán players clearly want Rivoira to stay judging from that performance and Goltz’s celebration.

Also based on that performance, Chacarita will surely be relegated.

0-0 half time but a pretty entertaining game.

You have to feel sorry for Rivoira: they’re talking about ditching him already and bringing in Merlo. Yeah, I love Merlo and would like to see him back in the league, but I thought Rivoira wasn’t doing a bad job: in the games I’ve seen, Huracán are playing far better than they were in the Apertura, with their failed attempt to build a side around Rengo Diaz. Really hope Huracán win tonight, to help Racing and also give Rivoira more time maybe.

It’s a pretty hard job to follow Cappa’s flash-in-the-pan built around two exceptional players who were never going to stay. Mind you, I didn’t see Huracán’s defeat at River – maybe losing to River Plate is now such an embarrassment that it instantly calls the DT’s position into question?

I think sebaz__2 on JustinTV is Seba Vignolo. He is obsessed with TyC… he plays TyC music before the game, sometimes even during the line-ups (drowning out the Canal 7 music) and shows ancient TyC adverts at half time. Bizarre.
Mind you, at least you can actually see the games on his page, which is more than can be said for the Canal 7 website – is that stream for Argentina only?
