Torneo Apertura 2009: Round 7 fixtures

Ricardo Caruso Lombardi’s Racing visit Huracán in what could be the manager’s penultimate match in charge of the Avellaneda side. If he doesn’t see a big improvement from his players by the time the next round’s game against Boca Juniors concludes, Caruso Lombardi says he’d ‘prefer to leave home’ and let someone else step in. Elsewhere, Colón and Banfield get us started for the weekend, the champions visit Boca Juniors, and there’s a Sunday afternoon clásico between San Lorenzo and River Plate in the Nuevo Gasómetro.

All kick off times are local. Add four hours for British Summer Time.

  1. newells is coming into form. central is in drop zone but still 5th place. coaches dropping like flies almost for sure now gorosito and now caruso, later basile … atletico tucuman and arsenal might the next to see changes. borghi and tolo gallego are leading last seasons cold teams as this seasons hot streak teams to top-of-table spots and dreams of maybe winning the torneo. /t9 on cell, sorry.
