Clausura 2010: Round 10 Saturday goals

Saturday was a day of plenty of draws in the Primera División, but there was one loser, and as ever it was Racing. La Academia lost out to Lanús by a single goal, scored by Sebastián Blanco with just over quarter of an hour left. The other three matches were all score draws: 2-2 between San Lorenzo and Colón; 1-1 in the matches between Newell’s and Vélez, and Argentinos and Tigre. You can watch all nine of the goals right here.

San Lorenzo de Almagro 2 – 2 Colón

Lanús 1 – 0 Racing Club

Newell’s Old Boys 1 – 1 Vélez Sársfield

Argentinos Juniors 1 – 1 Tigre

You can follow the Clausura and the Argentine sides in the 2010 Copa Libertadores via HEGS on Twitter (including updates during and between matches and similar stories that might not go up on the site until later). I’m slowly gaining followers, but if you’ve not signed up yet you can do so here.

  1. Saw all last night’s games, Racing were awful – but what were Lanús doing playing their first team, they’re not supposed to do that?!! Blanco has been poor for a while, typical he should get back to form with this game.
I think the best Racing fans can hope for this season now is for Chaca and Tucuman to keep losing, and hope we get easy opponents in La Promo.
