Torneo Apertura 2010: round 1 scores and scorers, and Sunday’s goals

Diego Buonanotte shows his frustration at his own - and his team's - performance

Sunday’s matches in the 2010 Torneo Apertura saw Olimpo take an incredibly early lead in their first match back in the Primera, but eventually lose 2-1 to Banfield; River dominate possession but attack brainlessly and end up lucky to beat Tigre in a packed Estadio Monumental; Gimnasia and San Lorenzo fight out a dull goalless draw; Vélez beat Independiente, and Claudio Borghi’s reign as Boca Juniors manager begin with an away draw to Godoy Cruz. You can see all the goals right here, as well as see who scored for which teams and when, as ever.
