The third round of the Torneo Apertura 2010 is already underway – I’ve been under the weather today hence this fixture list is late in going up. Banfield are just kicking off at home to Estudiantes, two of the five teams who’ve had perfect starts to the season. A little later, Tigre visit Newell’s. Over this weekend there are two clásicos; Racing host San Lorenzo tomorrow, and River Plate vs Independiente on Sunday, which HEGS will be at with Rupert Fryer of SouthAmericanFootball.co.uk.
All kick off times are local. Add four hours for British Summer Time.

whats goin on wiv the boca k off time. wasn’t it meant 2 b 1220am uk time. myp2p quoted it at 120am. just turned on the betfair website and see that the 1st half is just finishing so they decided to k off at 1250 inbetween both times!!!!!! can’t fathom it and boca are losing to boot things just go from bad to worse!!!!
Atul, I quote the times given on the AFA website. That was indeed, as you say, 8:20pm Argentine time (12:20am UK time) for the Boca game, and that was the time it kicked off, more or less – you’ve got to allow a few minutes for general Latin American lateness with these things.
If Boca aren’t good enough to do well against All Boys, I can’t be held responsible I’m afraid.
