We’ve got a tasty weekend coming up in the 2010 Torneo Apertura. Friday night sees a 2nd vs 1st clash as league leaders Estudiantes visit Vélez Sarsfield. There are two clásicos on Saturday, with champions Argentinos Juniors welcoming All Boys to the Estadio Diego A. Maradona and River Plate hosting Racing. And on Sunday it doesn’t let up; another two clásicos are in the offing, with Huracán at home to San Lorenzo and Independiente hosting Boca Juniors. With some heated encounters bound to ensue, it’s fitting that by request from Argentines Abroad contributor Boaz, I’m going to start listing the referees for each fixture from this weekend on.
All kick off times are local. Add four hours for British Summer Time.
