Friday evening’s matches saw Olimpo hand Huracán a good sound thrashing, with a 4-0 win in Bahía Blanca, and Estudiantes de La Plata extend their lead at the top of the Torneo Apertura table to six points (pending the chasing pack’s matches) with a 3-0 win over Lanús which saw all the goals come in the second half.
