Colón on the up

Huracán 1 - 2 Colón
Colón's fans pack the away end against Huracán

In a dull game in Parque Patricios, Colón beat Huracán 2-1 thanks in part to a goal from former Huracán forward Joaquín Larrivey. The Uruguayan’s well taken first half goal was followed up by a Marcelo Goux header from a woefully defended second half corner to give the santafesinos the points. It was a dull game livened up a little in the second half. In Banfield, the hosts drew 0-0 with Gimnasia La Plata, a result that won’t satisfy either side. You can see the highlights from both games right here.
