League leaders Estudiantes de La Plata visited Tigre on Saturday, and surprisingly fell to a 2-1 defeat, in spite of the hosts having both Román Martínez and manager Ricardo Caruso Lombardi sent off early in the second half. In the day’s only other match, Arsenal de Sarandí and All Boys played out a goalless draw which the visitors will be happier with than the hosts, but it was a fairly dull match all in. The highlights from both games are right here.

Tigre 2 – 1 Estudiantes de La Plata

Interesting that the announcer for the 0-0 draw is calling the game as if it’s the most exciting match ever, while the 2-1 Estudiantes loss gets the calm after match analysis.
