Copa América: Colombia beat Costa Rica to go top of Argentina’s group

Yesterday’s only Copa América game saw Colombia beat Costa Rica 1-0 with a goal from Adrián Ramos on the stroke of half time after a wonderful pass from Fredy Guarín. The result puts Colombia top of Group A on three points, with Argentina and Bolivia of course both on one after the first match. I didn’t get the chance to post the goal video at the time, so here it is now. Later on I’ll have the highlights here of Sunday’s two matches; Paraguay v Ecuador in Santa Fe, and Brazil v Venezuela, which I’m currently waiting in the press room to take my seat for.

Copa América 2011, Group A, Sat 2nd July

Colombia 1 – 0 Costa Rica
