The 2011 Torneo Apertura saw three draws on Sunday, and two away wins. Vélez Sarsfield ended their long winless run with a 1-0 away victory over Independiente in the first match of the day (kicking off at 11am!), and in the last, Estudiantes lost 2-3 at home (in Quilmes’ stadium) to Belgrano, who after a slow start now find themselves level with Atlético Rafaela near the top of the Promedio relegation table. The three draws were a 1-1 between Tigre and All Boys, and two goalless stalemates, between San Lorenzo and Racing, and Argentinos Juniors and leaders Boca Juniors. The goals are right here.

Independiente 0 -1 Vélez

Tigre 1 – 1 All Boys

Estudiantes 2 – 3 Belgrano
