This weekend is a big one in the 2011 Torneo Apertura. Leaders Boca Juniors host Tigre, one of the chasing pack. Champions Vélez Sarsfield will be seeing if they can make it two wins in a row at home to San Martín de San Juan, and on Monday Godoy Cruz host San Lorenzo in Mendoza. Sandwiched in the middle of it all is the biggest fixture in Argentina this season: the clásico de Avellaneda. Independiente make the very short trip to El Cilindro to take on Racing on Sunday afternoon. All the kick off times and the referees are right here.
All kick off times are local. Add four hours for British Summer Time.

I’m curios to see if Racing can beat Independiente in their derby. At this moment Racing seems to be the better squad.
