Saturday’s and Sunday’s matches in the 2012 Torneo Clausura saw eleven goals, four victories and only one side on six points at the end of the weekend (though it could be two by Monday night). Lanús beat Independiente 1-0 away with a late Mariano Pavone goal to move to six points from two matches, whilst champions Boca Juniors were held 0-0 by Unión in Santa Fe on Sunday. On Saturday, Newell’s Old Boys beat Argentinos Juniors 1-0, All Boys beat Colón 2-0, and Arsenal de Sarandí and Atlético Rafaela drew 2-2. All the goals, as well as those from San Lorenzo’s 1-1 draw with Estudiantes and Godoy Cruz’s 1-0 win over Racing, plus River Plate’s 3-0 win over Independiente Rivadavia de Mendoza in Nacional B, are right here.
