2016 Primera, second round: all the goals

The second round of matches in this year’s Primera brought only one win for the Big Five – 2-1 for San Lorenzo against Sarmiento. There were fine goals for Atlético Tucumán and Belgrano in their wins over Boca Juniors and River Plate, respectively, and plenty of other decent ones this weekend aside, including a 2-0 win for Rosario Central over hated neighbours Newell’s Old Boys in the clásico rosarino. Tigre v Huracán is postponed until further notice (some sites seem to think the 30th March, though I’ve not seen any confirmation from AFA) due to the accident suffered by Huracán’s squad on their way to Caracas airport after their Copa Libertadores qualification last week. The squad are fine, but have been allowed time to recover; their match in the upcoming midweek round of fixtures is also postponed.

I don’t know why Fútbol Para Todos have stopped putting these goal videos in HD this year, incidentally. It’s a shame…
